Artist Statement
All of the photographs on this website are single image captures without HDR (High Dynamic Range) or multi-image compositing techniques. No focus stacking or blending of multiple exposures has been used and there are no overplayed textures or dropping in skies or foregrounds. Panoramas may include stitched images.
Each image is printed and inspected by myself and personally signed. All prints are made with Epson photographic printers using Epson pigment inks on Moab Somerset Museum Rag or Moab Juniper Baryta Rag. Both papers are 100% natural cotton and meet the highest archival standards with print permanence of up to 200 years. This combination creates the highest quality photographic prints available today and produces deep, rich blacks and an outstanding colour gamut that faithfully captures the tonalities and hues of the original image capture.
